Welcome to Squire Massage, located in Washington, DC. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  • Scope of Service: Squire Massage provides licensed massage therapy services. Our services are therapeutic in nature and are not to be misconstrued as any other type of service.

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a massage. Minors between the ages of 16-18 may receive a massage with parental consent and with a parent or guardian present during the session.

  • Health Considerations: Clients are required to fill out a health history form prior to their first massage. It is the client's responsibility to keep Squire Massage informed of any medical changes.

  • Professional Boundaries: Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50 - 100% of the service fee. No-shows or cancellations made within the same day of your session will be charged the full-service fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

  • Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please speak with management.

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Personal Belongings: Squire Massage is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used for professional purposes only.

  • License: Squire Massage operates under the required licenses and adheres to all regulations set forth by the Washington, DC Department of Health and any other relevant governing bodies.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Squire Massage, its therapists, or its staff be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington, DC, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

  • Amendments: Squire Massage reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on our website.

  • Acceptance: By booking a service with Squire Massage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
